My name is Heres Snijder and I hold a Master’s degree in Biblical Counselling.

I offer professional counselling services to adults, couples, and families in individual and group settings.

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor and member in good standing of the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC-#3446).

As well, I am a licensed teacher and use my experience in the field of education by assisting parents and professional teachers in addressing challenges related to child anxiety, depression, bullying, professional burnout, transition or conflict resolution.

I offer hope, help, and healing when you are stuck or dissatisfied with certain aspects of your life. I include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Impact Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy in treatment plans that are developed together with you.

I believe that the infallible Word of God, my Christian worldview, and these therapeutic approaches to counselling shape me into the counsellor I am today.
